CHARITY MARKET

SAT MAY 30TH - 12PM - 5PM

Where

Our pop up market will be held in the carpark of Bojak Brewing – located at 5 Bennet Street Dandenong.  Stalls will be set up in an outside environment.

Saturday 7th October.  The market itself will run from 12pm – 5pm. We will run a ‘yappy hour’ beer special between 2-3pm to encourage additional foot traffic. Bump in time will be from 10.00am – please let me know if you will require longer/earlier.

The cost for stall holders will be $25. There will be no power unless requested. This must be paid upon 5 days of confirmation to be part of the market, otherwise we cannot guarantee your space.

  • Stall furniture- Will you use a marquee? Umbrellas? If so please detail below in Interest form
  • Weights if using a marquee or umbrella stand (unable to peg into concrete)
  • Table/display furniture
  • Signage/branding resources etc
  • Products associated with your stall (& or future order forms if you run out)
  • Pos System/Float
  • A donation toward the Raffle Prizes
  • Public liability Insurance
  • Social media postings to target your own customer clientele & aim to get as many people as we can to the market event
  • Payment of site fee
  • Understanding that there may be a crossover of products sold by other market stalls. Whilst this will aim to be avoided, variety is the spice of life!
  • Site map & stall location will be published and emailed at the latest – one week prior to the event.

  • Whilst we would love the market to be filled & everyone makes money.  We can only do our best with marketing and socials & getting the word out.  As a stall holder, any support in the marketing of this event is much appreciated. 

    I am sure it also goes without saying we cannot be held responsible for adverse weather.  Should a vendor wish to withdraw from the market, site fees will not be refunded.
