Take a Tour of the Australian Animal Protection Society Shelter
Ever wondered what happens behind the scenes at the Australian Animal Protection Society?
Join us for a guided shelter tour and experience firsthand the incredible work our dedicated team does every day to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome vulnerable animals.
This is a unique opportunity to see how your support makes a real difference — and to meet some of the animals whose lives have been changed through compassion and care.
What You’ll See on the Tour
During your visit, you’ll be guided through key areas of our shelter, including:
Adoption Centre – Meet animals currently looking for their forever homes
Veterinary Clinic – Learn how we provide essential medical care and rehabilitation
Grooming House – See how we prepare animals for adoption and recovery
AAPS Op Shop – Discover how our retail store supports lifesaving work
You’ll also hear stories of rescue, recovery and hope, and gain insight into the daily operations that keep AAPS running.

Cost: $10 per person
